NV Energy foundation provides grant to support survivors

Signs of Hope (SOH), a non-profit that supports victims in the immediate aftermath and long term recovery following sexual abuse, assault and exploitation, announces a $10,000 grant from the NV Energy Foundation. the funds will be used to help SOH advocacy and counseling clients who have been economically impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The target audience for Care for Kids are students in Pre-K – 2nd Grade. Each module lasts 30 minutes. The Enough Abuse Campaign aims to engage adults in addressing child sexual abuse as the public health crisis that it is. Through training, education, policy change, and cultural shift, Enough Abuse works to end child sexual abuse in our communities. This is aimed at adults, including Parents, Youth-Serving Organization staff, the Medical Community, School staff, Clergy and the Faith Community, and others.
