Signs of Hope provides trained Court Advocates who can join you for any court proceedings or hearings. If you receive a subpoena and are unsure of what you need to do, or want someone to attend court with you, please contact the SOH offices at 702-385-2153 as soon as you receive information to have an advocate attend court with you.  Court Advocates can help victims understand the reporting, investigation, and court processes, as well as accompany victims to court dates. The School-Based Advocate is a dedicated individual available to assist victims of assault, abuse, or harassment who are enrolled in any K-12 school in Clark County, and their families. The School-Based Advocate can help victims and their families navigate the reporting process at their school, ensure that appropriate actions are taken to investigate and address reports, and assist with safety planning.
