Tara Campbell is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at GBank, where she oversees key bank activities to align operational design with strategic objectives. With over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, she has led initiatives across treasury management, online banking, commercial relationship management, and fintech.

Tara holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Throughout her career, she has focused on integrating diverse talents and goals within organizations, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and operations to deliver a unified client experience.

Passionate about empowering teams and aligning their strengths with larger organizational missions, Tara brings her expertise in strategy, leadership, and operational excellence to the Signs of HOPE board. She joined the board in 2025, committed to advancing the organization’s mission of supporting survivors and strengthening the Las Vegas community.
