We require individuals interested in group support to first attend an orientation session to assess your individual needs. From there, we will help determine the best fit for possible support groups or individual counseling.

Orientation sessions are conducted by a licensed counselor, and occur every Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm. These sessions are open, and you do not need to RSVP or make an appointment, however, you must arrive on time to participate in the orientation session.

We currently facilitate the following support groups on a weekly basis:

• Yoga 
  Every Tuesday, (4:30pm – 5:30pm)
  
  
• All Gender Support Group,
  April 8th, April 22nd, April 29th (5:45pm – 7:00pm)
  
  
• Adult Female,
  April 1st & April 15th (5:45pm – 7:00pm)
  
  
• Sex Trafficking Survivor Group,
  Every Tuesday, (2:00pm – 3:30pm)
  
  
• Spanish Speaking Parents’ 
  every Wednesday/Miercoles(5:30 – 6:30pm)
