About Us

Founded in 1974 as Community Action Against Rape (CAAR), Signs of HOPE (SOH) began as the combined effort of Florence McClure and Sandra Petta, two women living in Las Vegas who were outraged by the lack of resources and respect for those affected by sexual support and resources they need to move through the process of healing.

    Jamie Tullius has called Las Vegas home for over 20 years, dedicating much of her career to serving the community through various non-profit organizations. Her background includes extensive work in client services, case management, administration, and community outreach. A nationally credentialed advocate, Jamie holds multiple certifications and has completed comprehensive trauma-informed training.

    Currently, she serves as the Director of Programs at Signs of HOPE, where she leads all direct service operations and oversees multiple key sexual assault (SA) program areas, including crisis response, court advocacy, PREA advocacy, and community engagement.

    As a survivor herself, Jamie brings a deep personal commitment to her work. She is passionate about delivering victim-centered services, supporting survivors, and raising awareness around sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
